Private Canal Moorings

Private Canal Moorings For Sale

Everybody deserves some peace and quiet every now and then and unfortunately, some canal mooring locations aren’t in the best of places and as a result they often don’t feel as relaxed, quiet and secluded as they should.

At the Elms, we provide an environment that many of our customers enjoy because of how private and secluded it is.

The canal is located on our Elms Retirement Park and the environment and atmosphere we created for our retired residents extends on to the canal mooring location.

Our mooring locations are non-residential which means nobody permanently lives on-site and so if you come during non-peak time you might be one of the few people on the site, you can’t get more private and secluded than that.

The mooring site is also only accessible by a private gate and so the only people with access to the site are those who have moored their boats there and this means you’ll also have plenty of security protecting your moored boat.

Wonderful Canal Moorings in Lincolnshire

A few of the facilities you can expect on our private mooring site are:

– Access to water and electricity hook ups
– Toilets
– Sewage disposal

In the future we hope to provide Wi-Fi and install a Red Diesel Pump.

There’s much more to do in the villages and towns surrounding the Elms too. Have a look at the Attractions page to see.

So if you are looking for an environment to moor where you can relax in a peaceful place whilst having a lot to do in the surrounding areas, consider coming to moor your boat at the Elms. Get in touch with us today to find out more, or fill in the form.
